DIY Cider

OMG! I can't wait to try this too easy.

  1. Good luck with that - have fun!! And definitely get champagne yeast or a wine yeast - don't use baker's yeast (or bread yeast) because it imparts off-flavors (or at the very minimum is annoyingly yeasty in flavor). I made that mistake with the first batch of wine I made - it smelled terribly yeasty and you know that's probably how it tasted. I dumped it all out. ;) I'm looking forward to hearing how it turns out! :)
