I can feel myself sweating buckets JUST from the size of that tree, imagining how difficult it must have been to get it down....and the fact that he has 4 more to go!
He's had a guy come and drop them. A truck, a rope, and a chainsaw and it was quite quickly done. We've been dropping one at a time because it's so much to clean up.

DeleteThat's a ginormous tree. I Have two huge pine trees in my front yard like that, but they're staying there !!
ReplyDeleteWe had them two sides of the house; with a bad lean..it's sorta' like loose the tree or loose the house. Thanks for the visit.

DeleteThat's one big tree!
ReplyDeleteYes, it looked big as it loomed over the house but seeing it laid out like that really made us all say,"Wow."
DeleteWhew, that's a big one! We had quite a few of those removed from our property this spring. It's nice to have them gone. Great photos!
ReplyDeleteMy mind knew they had to come down but I do feel bittersweet about them being gone and everything is such a mess.
